Your two employees, Richard and Jeremy were here today to take away my old toilet and replace it with a new one that I purchased at Home Depot. They were friendly and competent and explained everything to me. They left my bathroom in good shape with all the extra cardboard, etc. cleaned up and taken away.

Aston team installed two furnaces, heat pump and instant water heater. My good experience started from the moment when Patric came by and down the road including all the installations and fixing some minor issues with my heat pump which survived my massive home renovation. I'd like to thank all the guys who answered my questions and installed the equipment. There are lots of companies on the market but Ashton is an outstanding for quality customer service and fair product price.

I was having an issue with my furnace and couldn't diagnose it. I called Meer Mechanical and they had someone out to my place within a day. The tech had to show up before and after his scheduled shift in order to fit me in. There was a slight discrepancy on the invoice re: the time the tech was at my house. I called John the owner and discussed the bill with him. He made it right and was concerned about my satisfaction as a customer. Rare to find that in contractors these days.
