Ten years ago we needed body work and painting. We were extremely satisfied with the work then. Last week we had someone hit the back end of the same vehicle. Hit us so hard left the imprint of the licence plate complete with the Honda licence frame. Our car needed a new bumper and some of the parts holding the bumper on. Wanted to share my experience with Chilliwack Ford sales and service department along with management. To summarize, they’re an incredible group of people who truly care and put their clients first. I am absolutely in love with my F150 but it came with a few problems. What wasn’t in Chilliwack Fords control was how the vehicle was manufactured and by bad luck with a few issues, but what was in their control was how they handled the situation so professionally and fairly. He explained very thoroughly and taught me the correct method. Then he didn't even charge me for his time. And I had not felt rushed at all. This guy is honest, knowledgeable, personable, and capable.

Awesome seeing BCC on here. These guys fixed up my rig perfectly last year! after north shore broke like 4 things and wouldn't replace it, BCC came to the rescue. they do a lot of great work for such a small shop! No idea how NSOR is so popular.
