They walked me through the problem with a flashlight and explained exactly what was damaged and promptly got me the price and did the work the same day as it was a dangerous thing to keep driving while broken. The staff were vey helpful in helping me make choices that coordinated with cabinets and flooring that I didn't want to change. The installers were knowledgeable and did a great job. They were also able to make changes to the fireplace that I previously had been told couldn't be done and am very happy with that. I could not ask for better customer service. Thank you!
