I've been attending this gym for the past 2.5 years and it has been life changing! I've been to many crossfit boxes over the past 2 years and none of them compare to Crossfit Mississauga. The trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful, the programming is amazing and the members are all very friendly! I definitely recommend this gym!

Guy goes above and beyond as a trainer!!. I started working out with Guy as a way to become stronger after having back surgery. Guy taught me how to train properly with better technique so I won’t injure myself again. As a trainer Guy goes out of his way to accommodate your needs and abilities. He went as far as researching Dragon boat techniques to help me train for the sport and spent time learning how to adapt the exercises during my pregnancies. I would highly recommend him!!

Dr. A Razack is very patient and extremely diligent for the care of her patients. She is a very good listener, very thorough in her approach and also very considerate of patients needs and overall health issues, integrating well the mental, physical and emotional compartments that make us such complex beings.

This dentist has the most pleasing and welcoming staff. I’m new to the Invisalign journey and I couldn’t be happier to be doing it with this clinic. The staff are constantly reaching out to see how I’m doing, this includes the dentist himself! He’s always open to hearing how things are going with me and welcomes me to drop by anytime for a quick “check in”. I am hopeful this journey will be a success with the constant support I’m getting. I recently purchased eyeshadow cream and matte nail polish from Melli and could not be happier with the buy. It's a beautiful soft pale colour that works wonderfully on my skin tone. I use it mainly for highlights under the brow bone and at the tear ducts and it brings just enough lightness without being overly dramatic. Perfect for a day time. Matte nail polish is wonderful and I stays a lot on nails. I'm thinking to try remover now, they say its natural.

To be honest I was really skeptical of MAX before I went in. They were a lot of posting about it being a scam. I did my interview with them a few months ago and I decided to sign up. They...(like 99% of talent agencies in Toronto except the ones that only accept established actors and models) don't pay for your photos. They do however allow you to get your own which was great because I had a professional porfolio already and they let me use it. I have since been getting quite a bit of work.
