10/10 recommend! The receptionist/dispatcher who took my call was polite and answered all my questions. She was able to get a tow truck within 20 minutes of calling.
The driver was friendly, happy, and knowledgeable. He does his job well and helped get me out of a stressful situation. If I ever need a tow truck again (I hope I won’t), I will 100% call Ken’s Towing!

The people at this store will take good care of you! The owners and staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. They are extremely helpful and are great people to have a chat with! My friend and myself just came home from Florida with a large cheque to deposit in to Scotia bank in another town. It was a draft drawn another bank from the u.s. it had know great details in it. These guys did a great job of "rescuing my car" when she decided to die on the 403 after work. I was driving home to Brampton and suddenly had no power. These guys coordinated with my timing and even took my car to my work and dropped it in Brantford so I could continue home with my wife. Dave is a nice fella and a great asset to your company. A few years ago I had injured my lower back playing hockey. I could barely walk and after seeing my Doctor, who prescribed me pain killers and anti inflammatory meds, I was seeing no progress. I was referred to Dr.Elkin who after an initial examination which included a scan and ex-ray began my treatment. Within two weeks of treatment I was able to run again and had no set backs. I continued to see him on a regular basis and have always benefited from the treatment and conversation. I would strongly recommend his services to all .

So pleased with the work BK Custom Coating did on my Subaru; on-time, and at estimate! Fantastic! I think it was a terrific job and I’m hard pressed to find any of the original dents or paint touch ups.
And wow, ….. you even took the time to vacuum and clean the interior. That was so very greatly appreciated.
