On May 22, 2018 afternoon, I received outstanding customer service from Jay at Staples Canada at 1980 Eglinton Ave. E., Scarborough in purchasing my favourite unlocked mobile phone. I was in a hurry to buy a mobile phone for use at a conference on May 23. Jay helped me to set up my new mobile phone efficiently and accurately. He responded well to all my questions. I found him to be professional, knowledgeable and polite with great problem-solving and time-management skills. Highly recommended.

I just recently purchased a used Veloster from here and I can say it's a nice and genuine atmosphere. If you know what you want, and you're straightforward with these guys, they will genuinely try their hardest to give you the very best deal. Pretty helpful!! Charge very reasonable fee despite holding three professional accounting designations from Canada (CGA/CMA) and USA (CPA)!! Have significant expertise in income tax, bookkeeping, accounting, compilation/ notice to reader, business plan, business registration, tax audit, tax appeal, or any other related services. You can try at least once!! Newly arrived immigrants are given special consideration in terms of fees, in some cases, for free of cost too!! Only 8-10 minutes from Warden Subway station, if you take north bound TTC bus # 68 and get off at forth traffic light - just opposite to Lowe’s.

I'm taking the time to write this because I think excellent service and business practices should be acknowledged. I purchased a mattress on sale at this location and I absolutely cannot fault any aspect of the whole transaction, beginning and ending with the salesperson, Patience. She went out of her way including on her days off to assist us and follow up the purchase, and the whole organization seems to be well-run in terms of how sales are handled and followed up. Very impressed.
