High praise from us for Canadian Awning & Canvas in Kingston Ont for the first rate service and awnings they provided. Needed replacements for 2 rectractible awnings we bought approx 12 - 13 years ago from Home Depot, Belleville. The frames are still efficient but H.D. were only interested in selling us new frames with awnings. I love this store. The management has improved its appearance and overall quality over the past few years, but the family-owened store has always been a favourite among locals for its convenience, prices, garden centre and deli. The only grocery store on the eastern side of the river, it holds key importance for military families' busy lives. It is a local treasure with a family atmosphere that is welcoming in a way that is becoming rare among grocery establishments.

I recently started an online order to purchase a new washer. I contacted Brandon at the Brockville, Ontario store to change the order from delivery to pick up. Brandon was very knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He made the necessary changes, sent a confirming email, and offered further assistance. I have never had such professional, courteous attention from a company’s customer service representative! I give Brandon five stars and the Brick should give him a promotion and a raise!

We checked Restaurantica looking for a local deli, as we didn't want a chain restaurant on our road trip. SO GLAD WE DID! Service was great, sandwiches were made to order, and prices were reasonable. They have all kinds of meats and cheeses, and Dutch foods to boot. We'll be back next time we're heading across the 401! Thanks again!

I have left both elderly dogs on medicine & youngsters with energy to burn here & am always pleased with the care that they receive. The dogs’ welfare always comes first. My dogs love to visit here & while I am away I never worry about them. They run right in as if they see it as a great vacation spot! The one rescue dog I had who was frightened of kennel noises got special attention to keep her calm & happy. I have also had my dogs groomed here & they always come out sparkling clean & beautifully trimmed.

First time there recently with my boyfriend. Had a $10 gift card that we received in the mail from them. You save $10 if you spend $30 and it was good on weekends. We walked in and the place was very busy. But we asked for a booth and got one right away. The waitress was very nice and took good care of us. The food arrived within minutes. The food was amazing! Manager checked in with us twice to make sure everything was good. Would definitely recommend to others.

This is my favourite store in Kingston! I love so many things about your store, fresh produce, bread, fish and meat products and prepared food. I have a suggestion. In the eating area there is no place to get a glass of water. Since I see you competing with Whole Foods, this is something they have and I do miss whenever I decide to have lunch while Im shopping.
