I had an electrical issue with my car which needed immediate fixing because of a personal matter. My brother brought me to The Car Salon. Their attention was prompt and accomodating. That alone made my day since we were rushing for something urgent. I was ready to pay the cost Id be hearing and in FEW MINUTES, I got called. It was fixed and ready. Im not gonna say how much but I would say this shop is very honest and professional. They only do their business-an HONEST AND PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS.

Today I awoke to find that I had a flat tire. After using a portable compressor to fill tire w/ air I went to the my local kal Tire store. I asked if they could repair my tire and ther repair was completed in 1/2 hour. Thanks to Natasha @ front desk and Balal who repaired my flat. Both were very courteous and efficient. I was also able to make a Dr. appoinment on time as well. All the staff @ the store @ 3314 32 ST. ne.and have always been great over the years that I have frequented their store

Observing your employees that were on the phone & service the front desk. I have to COMPLIMENT your staff. They were AMAZING. The phone rang once & was answered, no one waited in line at the front desk. The staff was professional, fast, efficient and friendly. Great TEAM players. This man has been my mechanic for over 5 years. He is efficient and honest. He does not do work on my vehicle if it is unnecessary. If I need parts, he will ask if I want new, used or refurbished parts and will recommend what he thinks is best.

OMG I am so amazed. Took my boyfriends truck here because the inside was sooo dirty (plus he is a smoker). Got a full interior detail hoping for the best. I never expected the inside of this truck to look brand new! I have no idea how they did it - the BEST by far! Not only does the truck look BRAND NEW, you can't tell he ever used to smoke - they even got the stains out of the seats! I am absolutely amazed at what a miraculous and spectacular job these guys did. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Kal Tire Downtown Edmonton was amazing!! Ive never been there before and they fixed my tire for free and replaced all my tire air hose caps. Everyone was so nice, very professional and I will definitely be buying my tires from them.
