I had a new ignition lock assembly replaced in my 2002 Mercedes SLK320 at Henneken Auto Sales and Service and they did a wonderful job and the price was exactly what they quoted me. When it comes to Mercedes specialized repairs this is the best shop in the Lower Mainland! Hans and Falko were extremely helpful with their no-nonsense approach and repairs. The official Mercedes Dealership would have charged me 3 to 4 times more for this job and they did not even bother calling me back!!! Lire plus

I have been going to this place for about 5 years now and am overly happy with them. As a female it is incredibly hard to find a mechanic that doesn't rip you off, and since day one they have been more honest and respectful to me then anywhere I have ever dealt with. Of course i priced checked and compared with other companies the first time i dealt with them, and they were hundred yes hundreds less. They will tell you their honest opinion. I owned a lil red civic, and they never got me to put work into things i didn't need and always helped me to keep that lil bugger on the road. They did extras for me, and treated me so well. Needed new tires to begin with, ended up getting a flat. Brought my car here and got a good deal on 4 new tires and an oil change. Service was excellent and they were very personable and friendly. I work pretty much the same hours as they are open and I was worried about how to drop off/pick up my car without missing too much time at work and they worked out a solution with me that helped me out immensely.
