I called them on two separate occasions. The first was to move a piano. All movers were courteous and very efficient. I would recommend them to anyone. The second time was to move a very heavy fridge from my basement to my garage. Again, I am very satisfied. Good job and thank you!

We recently had new windows, replacement sealed units, and a new garden door installed by Urban. We also had them adjust an existing door that was previously incorrectly installed by someone else. The quality of products installed & the calibre of workmanship was thoroughly impressive. They even went above-&-beyond when adjusting the existing door. Their sales person was earnest & not overbearing and their installation crew was friendly & courteous.

Honestly the best experience I've had purchasing something by phone.
Im in Montreal and thought sending flowers to a friend in Sudbury would be such a mess.
I was wrong.
Great customer service!
They were patient with my 20 questions and very helpful.
The delivery..WOW.I got a call saying thank you for the flowers within about 30 min after making the order. Amazing.

This is one of our favourite restaurants! The food is always fresh and the sake is perfect. Hot towels after the meal add that perfect touch. We had one not so great experience but it seemed to be due too a busy night with new staff. But over all it has always been great!
