Brought my 2010 in for recall service with low expectations. It took a few days longer than I liked but my expectations were exceeded. They did 2 recalls, one for airbag {takata) and the other the ABS brake flush. They never tried to upsell me and did a good job on my car. I wish they would call to update more, but it is easy enough to call them, they don't hesitate to answer calls. In the end I am very happy.

I recently had an amazing experience with this garage - Doug and Colin are extremely knowledgeable and experienced - found the problem, fixed it and there were absolutely no billing surprises!! Honest reliable mechanics - not something you hear of often!!

I feel very comfortable here have had nothing but good experiences. Im a woman with minimal auto knowledge and never feel like Im being taken advantage of (which a lot of women out there can probably sympathize with). I will continue bringing my vehicles here and reccomend others do too!

I had an appointment that was a week away for an oil change and to have my tires switched to snows. My tire had a flat this morning so I called Johns quality and they had no problem fitting me in to do the above with very short notice when they were very busy and fully booked. I highly highly recommend. We have gone to Johns for a few years now and would never look back. My husband and I are more than pleased. We are never overcharged and always get incredible service. Called to make an appointment for an etest, after talking on the phone and settling on a time for the next day I got a call back with an opening for that afternoon, I showed up an hour early and it was taken in right away!
