Brent gave me nothing but honesty from the start, even recommending NOT having him insulate a part of my home because it would be a waste of money. Got my business because a competitor did not return a scheduled call to perform an estimate. Not an issue here. Brent was always in direct contact with me. Guys doing work were polite and knowledgeable. Mess was cleaned prior to leaving and very reasonsble prices. Now my upstairs is soooo much cooler. Thank you for a tradesman who is honest, timely and fair. He did not feed off of my ignorance towards the products or process. I will be a loyal customer. I highly recommend Rob - he has handled my curly hair for 6 years, and I have always been thrilled with the cuts and the colour he has done. Lisa's Aesthetics are a perfect accompaniment and I am always able to schedule brows or nails for my visit. Recommend him highly - it's a small, nighbourhoodly, no fuss shop.

I got lucky when I said I live near this place. They are small and personal, always polite and courteous and I never have to wait more then 10-15 minutes since there is never really a line with more than two or three people. I did have to wait forty-five minutes once but, So what, I can wait at home. They also call you when everything is ready to be picked up if you are not in the store. The little things that this store does makes the sometimes 'not so nice' stuff your picking up and the reason your picking it up seem not so bad.
The Ladies are always smiling and happy, the pharmacist is always ready to help answer any questions you might have. They ALWAYS tell you what is what with your meds even if you get them all the time and they don't seem to mind any of this, they actually seem to enjoy it.
Keep up the great work. I am a lifelong customer and I hope it will be a while yet.

This place was fantastic. We booked a last minute room on a long weekend and they were very accommodating. Had a room with two double beds. Beds (and pillows especially!) were super comfy. The rooms all exit to the outside, and the area is nice and quiet. They have nice televisions with 60 odd channels, they give towels and soaps in the bathroom, and have a mini fridge, coffee maker and cups for your use. In the mornings in the main building they have a small but very satisfying breakfast with cereals, croissants, muffins, fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea, etc. If the weather is appropriate they even have an outdoor pool for guests to use. Everything in the room was clean and tidy, and it's not that far from downtown Kingston (just a quick drive into town). We got such a good value for the money you pay, we were very impressed. When we come back to Kingston we will always be staying here.

I have only been there once so far but must say it is such a relaxing feeling there that it removes any apprehension you may incur. The people are wonderful. Cathy really explains thoroughly what would work best and leaves the choices up to you.
The only enhancement I can see that could be made is if they had a finance program available as do some other skin care businesses in the area. I think business would double. Just a thought!!

I definitely encourage others to take in movies here. I have been for two years now, and it is always enjoyable. The quality service and facilities have not declined, if anything there are small continual improvements.
Art deco themed the Silver Cinema has 60-comfortable seats, with lots of legroom. It is totally accessible, including washrooms. There is also a typical movie canteen available.
