I signed up with Dynamic Health and Fitness couple months ago - on the beginning of this year and so far it’s excellent experience. The place is very well run , clean with lots of equipment and I really look forward to visit each time I train there. Staff is always kind and helpful. I took Hatha Yoga class the other day with some other people and this was great experience as well.
I strongly recommend the place.

This store is easily one of our daughter's favourite stores to visit. I mean, whats not to love? They have a mechanical horse right out front, they have a miniature train which chugs around the store on a track suspended from the ceiling, they give helium balloons to the kids, they have a big aquarium and they are often sampling tasty food right inside the door. Combine this with all of the great attributes of all the Choices stores like organics and natural food items and we love it too!

My favourite thing to do though? Checking out the mind-blowing selection of cuff links. Whether you're looking for something corporate (a pair of Buy / Sell), sporty (Canucks logo), playful (downhill skiers) or unique (jigsaw puzzle pieces) there is something for every taste at Blue Ruby. My only challenge is that the prices are a bit steep for the cuff links but they are well made and there are often 30% off sales that I keep my eye out for. When the pain in my knee, legs and hip became intolerable on a weekend away with family I knew it was time to seek alternative medical treatment. My daughter had suggested Dr.Lee whom she found very good.
On my first visit, Dr.Lee asked me the history of my knee problem. We reviewed my medical history and also the MRI report which I had done on both my knees. With this information he was able to pin-point the exact area where to apply the Laser Therapy.
The end result was terrific. Each week the sharp pain in my knee was diminishing. It became bearable to walk again.
Dr.Lee and his treatments were amazing . I would urge other people in pain to try laser treatments. It works!
