OK, I recently did a review for having my radiator repaired a few days ago. I saved enough money from that repair (vs. OConnor Dodge) to consider doing a separate repair.
The back passenger door lock crapped out sometime ago. I got a quote back in Sep 2019 from OConnor which was $520 including parts/labour/taxes. More then fair prices, let us use a loaner even though our car was a goner just so we could take a night to figure stuff out. They even helped us find a hotel room. I have been a customer for about 5 years , always happy with the prices, service and integrity of the staff . Today I had front struts in stalled on my Ford Edge, came in under time and budget. When I Drove it noticed the steering wheel was very slightly of centre, I called, they said bring it back, and even though they had to hook up the alignment equipment, they did it willingly and the problem was fixed in under there minutes
