Well, what else can I say about these amazing guys. Needed some pretty major work on our newest old vehicle. These guys have been looking after our vehicles for going on 30 years ... a long, long time anyway. We moved away from Cambridge over 9 years ago and we STILL bring both of our vehicles to Water Street Auto. That's gotta stand for something. This company is the best service I’ve had. I needed a new thermostat as mine stopped working. I called this company and Ben came out to service with in 2 hours. I was lucky he had a spare thermostat in his truck as this was just after Xmas and only curb side pickup available. He was very professional and polite. He made time for the call even though he was out running errands that day as he just welcomed a new baby to his family. I will be booking another job soon as this company rocks.

Bought a new stationary bike and rowing machine. When Adam came to put the equipment together, it turned out the seat on the bike was broken. They were very responsive and apologetic and not only replaced the seat, but actually exchanged the entire bike. Great service. Would definitely get all our equipment from HomeFit Kitchener.
