I was so imprssed with the professional customer service. I was on a very limited budget and they provided a reasonable price for the services I needed. My job requires that I have a vehicle that is in good working order and Dalzell's helped me to meet that requirement. They also gave me a list on future maintainence requirements with a cost so that I could budget for them. Thank you so much and I highly recommend them for any repairs that you need. once again Richard saves the day! Had my Tiguan in for oil change and check engine light FLASHING !!!! Scary! FIXED ! And through all this nasty cold snap (longest since 1998-and not done yet) she has amazed me just by starting! I am so glad to have a trustworthy mechanic who knows what to look for and how to solve problems !

They won't push u to do any unnecessary repairs! Very honest and fast too. You don't have to worry about any astronomical pricing unlike most of other repair shops! Strongly recommend them.
