All the staff I encountered were more than happy to help. Due to COVID and being from out of town I had to reschedule my 1st service three times. I called and was able to get in right away the same day I had a chip that cracked right away and they were able to fix it. Late in the winter of 2020, I had the opportunity to purchase a dryer from the Brick and was very impressed with the service of an employee (Bayleigh Hawke) She was right at my side as soon as I entered the store and was friendly and courteous.
