Contacted this garage in a total panic late on a Saturday afternoon about a problem I was having with rims/tires. The car had been at another garage all morning. They were sympathetic and told me to bring my vehicle by as soon as I could. They totally fixed the problem in just a few hours and at a reasonable price. AMAZING!! Highly experienced BMW mechanics. Very reliable and honest and you dont feel like your being given the run around. Answered all my questions with detailed answers and a smile. They even fixed small things that they did not have to at no charge. Customer shuttle service available. Amazing rates and much cheaper then dealership for the same service if not better. Would not trust anyone else with my car and my search is over for a top bmw mechanic. Thank you Peter and Ed.

A vandal pulled out a 4-foot length of my windshield's weatherstripping. Duncan took the car in right away, spent about 15 minutes to restore it, and did not charge me. Definitely one of the good guys!

I decided it is time to start preserving my vehicle and get Rust Proofing done. I called this place and they were so friendly. When I arrived for my appointment they were well organized and welcomed me by my first name! I was very impressed that the man (who's name I do not know) was so courteous and professional. They did a great job on my car ( I was able to see them do the work through a glass window). After they rust proofed my car they gave it a quick wash, which I was not expecting. I would recommend this location, hands down! I will be going back yearly.
