We were looking to replace our aging 2007 Dodge Caliber, also purchased at Bay King, with a newer vehicle. After considering several options we decided on a 2017 Jeep Compass. Krystal was fantastic & took care of all the details and treated us like old friends. From the test drive, to picking up the vehicle, they were all pleasant, stress free, no hassle or gimmick or pressure visits. We are very pleased with the staff and management at Bay King and will continue to buy all our vehicles there.

I came to Speedy auto on fennel to get my muffler fixed. Andy was very polite and helpful. The service was amazingly fast and at a fraction of the price that it would have costed me at another auto shop. I will definitely return if my car has any problems. These guys know their stuff.

This repair shop only does the work you ask for and only after they have given you an estimate. If there are other issues they will bring them to your attention. I would recommend them to my friends and family because of the great service.

Keith really knows his stuff. I did 2 years of mechanical engineering after doing 20 years of farm equipment maintenance, but this guy knows ALL of the integrated mechanical parts and systems that are involved with automobiles, including diesels. Very talented and knowledgeable. He can fix ANYTHING, but some projects aren't worth fixing, and he is very honest about that. Some of us have emotional attachments to our vehicles, but Keith sometimes has to tell us to just let it go.
