John Paradise made our experience exceptional. He really cares about the customer and the customers needs. When I bought a new vehicle he noticed Real Insurance had not transferred over my current coverage and instead charged me for another coverage I did not need. Went here after a terrible experience with another insurance agency. Manager was very helpful in renewing my fleet insurance, Knowledgeable, Friendly and Efficient. Ashley Walker has done an amazing job at blending the GENERATIONS at this barber shop! She and Andrea (both formerly from Beaners) work magic with the littlre ones, while maintaining a comfortable, affordable traditional barbershop for the gents. They are well versed in color and cuts for the ladies too. Love this place!!

I have used Nathanuel on a few occasions as he has worked on My boat and now my RV. It is rare and refreshing to find someone who shows up when he says he will and does excellent work. I also appreciate how he is very meticulous and has a great attention to detail. He not only does things right but actually better and explains things so you are clear of the work he is performing. I wish Nanaimo had more of these individuals in the marine industry !! In addition a very fair price...

We have been seeing Dr Booker as our dentist since we moved to Nanaimo 3 years ago. She was recommended to us by a friend and we have not been disappointed! She is such a great dentist and really does a great job taking care of all of our dental needs. She is so gentle and caring. Her office is at a great location, on the corner of Northfield and Bowen Road and there is always lots of parking. The staff is really great too.

Cannot recommend Doug Quesnel, DVM highly enough. Although the majority of his practice is horses, he also does small farm animals like my miniature dairy goats at Buzz n Billy Farm. He is always there when I need him, calm, knowledgeable and true a miracle worker. My animals love him. Just the best!
