I have always enjoyed the Trico Centre for Family Wellness. I find that the 40 day challenge in particular gets me into a great groove and I can either do my own thing or attend a number of offered classes on land or in the water. After a poor experience at Leon's we tried The Brick and were greeted by Kimia. It was great not to be followed around like a shadow & although she kept her distance, when we looked up and made eye contact with her she then came to our aid. After providing us with the information we required, she closed the deal - quite a good one too.
