Kevin came to our place in Burlington and would not leave till he found the issue with the elliptical we have. He was sure it did not need a part and/or a return visit, costing us more money. You're not a 5 star dealership because you sold someone a great car that they love. You're a 5 star dealership when you sell someone a car that has issues and you immediately fix them. That's what happened to me. My Tesla has issues in the first week after I bought it. Zack told me to take it directly to Tesla to get it fixed. The repair bill was nearly $1,000 and Seven Speed paid the whole bill. Trust these guys, they have your back!
