These guys are the way an auto shop used to be and should be . My car broke down on the side of glenmore trial on a saturday afternoon . Rob one of the owners stopped and found a had a blown rad hose . Then went to parts store , right then got the part and coolant and got me going . Our furnace mysteriously stopped working recently. It took some time to get to the bottom of the problem, but DR Heat & Air Ltd was relentless. Brand new replacement parts turned out to be faulty right from the box, further masking the problem, but they didn't give up. And when it came time to settle the bill, they wouldn't even charge us for most of their time because they felt they should have solved the problem sooner. That's integrity. Someone attempted to remove my catalytic converter, but weren't successful. I phoned Calgary Muffler spoke to Al. I had the car towed over and he said he could fix it, and did. I asked if he had any deterrents in the event of a return theft. He did, and he found another Auto place to install it. The thief did come back and took it. I phoned Al again and asked if he could fit me in and fix it. The car went in and it was done same day. I totally recommend this business 100%. Great crew! Lire plus
