Irish Steve and Lee did a full replacement of our eaves - we went with the Alu-Rex Double Pro system. These guys were professional, knowledgeable, hard working and funny. Their attention to detail was second to none! And now for the first time in 30 years, we have an eavestroughing system that doesn’t leak onto our deck. We are beyond pleased. I telephoned Furnace Family and this morning and I was able to make an appointment this afternoon. Our plumber was Kevin who was very friendly and explained the problem well. He was able to correct the problem very quickly. As it turned out it was a minor problem -- nothing major!! Thank you Kevin. We purchased the Neptune Adriatic spa from Dynasty at the Red Deer Home Show in March 2019, installed in October 2019 and 12 months later has continued to be a problem free and enjoyable year round hot tub! Manufacturer improvements have made this a solid performing tub and have enjoyed its many features from the powerful jets, LED lighting, Bluetooth Sound System and easy to maintain features.
