The staff are accommodating and friendly. I was given a proper quote based on my needs and advised to think it over. Within 1 week I decided that no other place can beat the price and the service they have offered, I have purchased 2 hearing aid (both ears). Since then I have been a happy customer and without any hassle I can call anytime when I have some difficulty with my hearing aid. This Canadian Tire to say the least, is amazing. They have been instrumental in helping Waste Connections of Canada buy and donate 300 bikes to underprivileged children for Christmas this year. If it wasn't for the support of this store, I don't think we would have been able to supply as many bikes as we are to these great kids. We are so thankful for this store, their managers and the staff. They have amazing customer service & and very big hearts.

I've got my hearing aid set from this store about one and half year ago ( Aug. 2014) . Very through. Best thing about it is, their help after sales. I've requested change setting many times and they did as I please. Nowadays hearing aid is so sophisticated and need time to adjust to my brain ( yes my brain). He lay down how I will get use to it and it happened as he said. Fully recommend it.
