Quality car repairs and customer service is exceptional. It is common for a woman to be treated poorly when they walk into a car repair shop --- that has been my experience for many years. When I went to Quality, they were respectful, sensitive, and very kind. They do not overcharge or fix what does not need to be fixed! Their rates are reasonable and the quality of service is quite high. I highly recommend them.

Nato Figliano the sales rep and Alex Semenchenko General Sales Manager were very helpful during our visit to the Prima Mazda in Woodbridge. I recently had some bodywork done on my Altima. Another shop told me it would take up to 10 days because the type of paint finish needed 3 coats. Craig did it in 2 days and it looks like new. And, it cost less than the other quote. I highly recommend MP.

I called Jason (owner of shop) about a few concerns I had with my car. He was able to accommodate me the next day, and had my parts ordered and car serviced right after inspection. I didn't have to wait long and my car handled like new when I left. He definitely has his customer's best interest at heart. Mechanics like Jason are really hard to come by. He is super honest and efficient. I recommend Markos Automotive and his bro at Premium Auto Sales in a heartbeat!
