The service I received was excellent! Prompt, friendly, efficient and reasonably priced. They came and removed my built in and took it back to the shop. Kirmac on Weswood street in Port Coquitlam is so far the best me and my husband experienced in years. We feel very fortunate that we found them! Their managerJohn is so helpfull, communicative, very knolagable and organized. It's so nice to deal with him when you are already stressed out from the accident situation. The staff is very plaesent and nice to deal with. The repair is done on time and to satisfaction. I would recommend them to anybody.

The estimator was professional, thorough, helpful and empathetic through the obviously trying time of losing a car. He attentively listened to the story of my daughters collision and did a comprehensive look-over of the damage. He produced a detailed computer report. Without telling us what to do, he noted that even if it was repaired, there could be hidden damage. All this helped us make a decision about the car.

A Ford service dealer had flagged the need to replace the brake pads of my Ford F 350 tow truck. I made an appointment with Budget Brake & Muffler in Coquitlam, BC to replace my brake pads before embarking on a RV trip. I was pleasantly surprised when John Sinkie told me that my brakes were good for another 20,000 k’s & did not need replacing at this time. I find this honesty refreshing & rare.
