We stumbled upon this cafe while shoppping at the downtown boutiques. What a pleasant surprise it turned out to be. Our lunch was very tasty and the organic coffee was exceptional. I'll be visiting Nanaimo again soon and will definately be dropping in. OMG ......... Nanaimo Bars!!!

We purchased a new Kingfisher in 2017. There was one minor heating issue that appeared. Brad from Parksville Boathouse came right to the boat on mainland BC side and fixed problem, and performed initial service and check. Boat is running flawlessly. Thanks Brad and Parksville Boathouse.

My 2 cats had stayed there a few yrs back and I couldn't have been more pleased. I had a bad experience with another cattery in town and I was apprehensive when I visited Puss N Boots, but after my visit and my cats stay for 2 weeks I picked them up they looked good....content and just to top it off....they had taken a picture of each cat which I have to this day on my wall. My cat Ippy has since passed and I can still look at his picture on my wall. So, thanks for the great care! I will be going away soon again and I wouldn't bring my cat anywhere else. Lorraine

We bought lawn soil, $3500 worth, for a brand new build. We planted lawn seed and millions and millions of mushrooms came up. We had also bought planter box soil, but no mushrooms there. That was July...5 calls and manager, Jenta Madsen, finally called back Aug 2nd and agreed to bring 3rd party in to help as it was clearly soil issue. It’s now Oct and she has not refunded our money as promised, no 3rd party has come and she won’t return calls or emails. Worst customer service EVER! Buyer beware

I have had two instances where I have had to ask for help with flat tires in the past year. Once at Christmas and now just yesterday. A family run business who are always doing the best to fit you in even when they are very busy. Kind, courteous and helpful.
