Got a flat at Franchere Bay with checkout looming. These guys got my tire done fast and right! They also noticed my trailer lugnuts were on wrong so they fixed them and retorqued them with no charge. These guys were a pleasure to deal with and life savers!!!

This location's customer service is the best I've ever received at any mechanic's shop. They truly go above and beyond. They never do anything without asking, they do excellent work, and they are a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend coming here for all of your automotive needs.

I was stuck on Saturday with a Flat - I called around and Fountain Tire (in the downtown area) was the only one who answered the phone. The work took a couple of hours but they put my spare away, fixed my car and even washed it. Thank you so much!

Justin is a great trainer and a great individual to deal with. He has an online program that is very accommodating and he has a private gym that can be used individually or with a small group. I telephoned Furnace Family and this morning and I was able to make an appointment this afternoon. Our plumber was Kevin who was very friendly and explained the problem well. He was able to correct the problem very quickly. As it turned out it was a minor problem -- nothing major!! Thank you Kevin. If we have any more problems with plumbing or with our furnace, we will use this company again.
