Mel was very accommodating and professional and scheduled the inspection that worked best for both us and the sellers. During the second half of the inspection he took the time to explains things and answer any questions we had. Mel was VERY respective of the sellers house and belongings insuring the house was left as it was found, NOT the case with the inspection done on our house.
If you want a detailed, quality, inspection then A Trained Eye is the company!

He was friendly, professional, and assisted me with my luggage at both my house and at the airport. I'm going on a trip for Spring Break and have called them again, as I was happy with the service. I needed to make a copy of a key that required a relatively unique blank. None of the other top specialized locksmith's companies in Calgary (not to mention big stores like Home Depot, etc.) could do the job. Only Ability Lock & Safe Co could. Great service and friendly people. Highly recommended.

Ace installed my liftmaster unit on an emergency basis about 4 years ago.. it has been a dream. Over the weekend somehow my son messed with the sensors. Ace was going to be unavailable to come for a few days but he took my call after I returned home from work and walked us through the steps to correct the sensor problem. I am so grateful Ace took the time to help me out.. with no benefit to himself! Glad to know there are good, honest, hardworking and reliable companies out there still!
