They were honest about what my car needed to have done, they didnt try to gouge my bank account. There was a lot to be done and it was finished the same day that I brought it in. Customer service at D&D Pools is fantastic! We were having an issue with a leak, called D&D for advice, Dennis showed up at our door within 3 minutes as he was working around the corner. Dennis gave my husband great advice, and said to give him a call anytime. How great was that!! This is not the first time, last year we had a floating liner issue, D&D arrived same day, full crew, fixed the issue that day. WOW! and the bill was "very reasonable". 10/10 for us. Great guys, great service.

I`ve been going to the garage now for five years after I couldn`t take the arrogant attitude from Mercedes Benz Barrie. Tom and Haley are the best people ever. They make us feel like part of the family. Their business is very busy and so they can`t always pick up the phone but they always call me back.Their rates are terrific being that you are getting one of the best import mechanics in the area.
