Great customer service and great prices (parts + labor was quoted way less than the dealer)! Had to get some sensors replaced for my 2002 Honda Accord. The mechanic was fast! I waited no longer than 20 minutes for the new sensor to get installed. I also requested to get a power steering flush but the mechanic was honest enough to tell me that i didn't need one. The mechanic took the time and walked me through, in detail, what i do or didn't need to get replaced. I'll definitely be coming back in

Jim Young Collision/Fix Auto Gateway is the most outstanding shop I have ever visited. I have brought both my personal vehicle here for collision repair and my classic car for restoration services. The service I received was excellent, the lady in the office was friendly and thorough, and Joe was so knowledgeable, the collision work on my personal vehicle was awesome and he absolutely knocked my classic vehicle restoration out of the park. I decided to come here for the first time when I got interested in the Explorer. From the start I was greeted by friendly faces at the door and felt very welcome. After doing most of the work over email, Scott showed me all of the features in great detail and made sure I was comfortable before leaving. I would easily recommend these guys.
