These guys do an excellent job! My Outlander had a front damage, the whole bumper, lights, grill was ripped off as by a collision with a pick-up truck. They accepted me right away and fixed my car in seven working days. In a meantime I was driving a Dodge SUV a very nice comfy car with lots of feature built in (no complaints). I could not be happier with the service and quality at this Craftsman Collision. I dropped my car off and because I didn't have comprehensive coverage I was not able to get a free rental car. However, the manager was kind enough to give me a ride to work. He even had the car dropped off at my work when it was complete. The labor was performed in 2 day, which was one day ahead of schedule. This was great because I depend on my car as most people do and I was happy to get it back a day early. The quality of the work was excellent, it was like new. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was especially impressed with the care and customer service provided by the manager Greg Kirkby.
