I have always enjoyed the Trico Centre for Family Wellness. I find that the 40 day challenge in particular gets me into a great groove and I can either do my own thing or attend a number of offered classes on land or in the water. I was looking for place to fix and repair a very extensive scratch on my car. The level of service from the owner himself is fantastic. He walked me thru the process of repairing the paint job and showed me the interior of his shop. He has a great crew of talented skilled workers and managed to get it done earlier than expected.
