I had a problem with my diesel truck which showed up after a garage I had been patronizing for 6 years did some routine service. This garage was not too helpful and at one point they gave me my keys back and told be to take it to another garage. I did. Dean Listened, went on a couple of road tests with me. He took my truck home overnight and was able to track down the problem. He fixed my truck and now has a new customer!

Absolutely 5 star service. As a senior on my own, I really appreciated the respectful professional communications. They did everything discussed and then some. Decent tradespeople doing excellent job for a decent affordable price. And, they did an amazing cleanup. Have no problem recommending.

The entire experience at Cowbell is excellent, from the restaurant with very good food, to the bar overlooking the brewery, to the store with a great selection of merch and beer. Hazy Days IPA is one of the best around!

Bonnie is absolutely phenomenal at what she does. Over the years, she has helped me recover from several injuries, work related body strain/ headaches, and pregnancy. John Brock himself came out to rescue me when I locked my keys in my car. He travelled over an hour to me when none of the surrounding CAA providers wanted to take my call. He arrived around 11:30pm at night and was friendly, cheerful and pleasent. He wasn't at all resentful or rude to me for placing a call so late in the evening. He is a kind-hearted man who genuinely enjoys his job. He was time-efficient also, and had the problem solved within minutes. He will be the first on my list to call!

Went to Thyme on 21 on a Wednesday night in aug 2010. We didn't have a res but the owner graciously accommodated our party of five.
Food and service were world class.
Would definitely go there again, it was a memorable evening. A gem in Southwest Ontario.
