I really lucked out when I found my new Focus hatchback. I was out car shopping when I went to Northway because, why not? My friend and I were helped by Ashley who gave me amazing customer service. I never once felt pressured by her or any of the other reps. She was very helpful in finding the right car for me and allowed me to feel relaxed when making this big purchase decision. Both Ashley and Jaclyn were friendly and funny. I'll be back to see them for my next purchase!

I am a site administrator for a condo in Oakville. We switched to Mountain pest control after having a bad experience with another pest control business. Mountain pest control really is a breath of fresh air. Their polite, professional, and always respond quickly. I took a t440 to him that had problems (4 bleeps etc). They looked it over for free, told me the possible price, and fixed it. Also advised putting in a solid state HD which was a great idea. Im writing this a year later. They are honest, competent, friendly and professional. Answered all my qq. I will go back to them. In comparison a Westdale shop I phoned, before Dr. Dan, was so rude after I asked a couple of qq. about what they were going to do that I decided never to try the other shop.

Gavin and Tom are great guys. Super hard working and funny. The tree I had taken down was in a tricky spot. My aboveground pool, my neighbours aboveground pool, and two fences surrounded the tree. Very little room to move around let alone take down a whole tree without damaging anything. Gavin was so calm and cool about the whole thing and put me at ease. He was able to take down the tree with precision. He calculated every cut and rigged all branches that would land in a pool or on a fence.

Great customer service. The office staff was nice, professional and they were able to squeeze me in right away. There were some issues with the parts needed but the tech Matthew went above and beyond to make sure my Viking oven was fixed. Really good company, I have recommended them to anyone who asks about repairs.

I had such a lovely time at this nail salon! I’m going on vacation in a few days and decided to treat myself to their signature pedicure followed by a shellac manicure. Someone named Tammy did my nails and they turned out spectacularr! Couldn’t stop looking at them. The prices are reasonable and they’re worth every penny. Ladies, if you want to be treated like royalty you should definitely give this place a try!

My husband and I are from Georgia , our 2015 Impala engine light came on and of course we panicked being here in Canada. We went to the dealer on Upper James and was truly impressed at the fast service and the incredibly knowledgeable wonderful woman at the desk. She gave us directions to places to eat nearby while the car was being serviced asking if we needed a shuttle, also offered us coffee or tea . My husband asked questions which she quickly responded with kindness and actual concern. ty

I was interested in some exterior lights for my home as I think these are a great way to make an good first impression...found a set at Home but the one for above the garage door was too big to fit. Dammit! Manager Tom said no problem. He would get another similar styled bracket to attach it to the wall just a bit lower. And he would paint it exactly the colour to match. And guess what. HE DID. They look magnificent. This store offers great value and superb service. I highly recommend it
