Hello, we moved to Portland Ontario, 2 years ago. ( 20 minutes from Smith Falls ). Tom has been looking after all our Locksmithing needs since, from re keying all our locks on our house ,after purchase, for our own peace of mind. I would like to note, that although I brought all of our locks for a re- key, Tom offered to come directly to our home, after hrs to do the job! @ no extra charge. My thoughts.. if you want a key cut for $1.50 go to C.T.C.

After speaking with several private investigative companies, I decided the Smith investigation agency was the most professional and sounded like the most reliable. I am beyond happy with my choice as the results I needed were delivered the locate gave me the information I needed to continue legal action, and the surveillance gained additional valuable information. I got Peter at Altex to replace the heat pump in my condo apartment. I am very pleased with the service he offered and the price that was charged. He covered the area where he was working with carpet. He was very clean in his work and installation, taking care to properly staple the wire and install the thermostat unit in a convenient location.
