Of course, it goes without saying that the hamburgers are second to none, and there's chicken and fish if you are that way inclined, but the lesser known salads are the best value in town, especially the Mandarin Chicken salad which, at $6.99, can not be beaten anywhere ... in my opinion. I highly recommend Kipps Lane Fish n Chips! I was hard pressed to find a classic fish n chip joint such as I had adored as a teen in Toronto in the mid 1970s. A true, halibut fish, hand filleted with the classic, puffed up batter and golden fries is a rare treat to still find these days especially from a family owned and operated restaurant who are so friendly and who take pride in what they serve you.
