I needed an alternator for my Honda tested. Checking the reviews online I found Gold Seal had very positive customer experiences. I was not disappointed. I took the unit in and Bob led me back to a “Frankenstein Machine” where he spun up the unit, sparks flying and all, LOL! Told me the voltage regulator was shot. My wife and son had a tire blow out on hwy 400, and after calling for her auto service she called me to ask me where to go, I was at a meeting in Newmarket and I went on the AP from Yellow Pages that was on my blackberry and found this place right away. They had the tire that she needed within two hours, and were able to accommodate me over the phone when I felt helpless in this situation. I’m in awe of how wonderful the staff are here. I needed help and direction on how to fix a crank arm on my bike but wasn’t sure on how to go about doing it and what to look for.
