I am from out of town and was arriving for a family emergency. I noticed my truck was close to losing its tail pipe and a neighbor suggested them. I called and they fit me in right away. They were accommodating, friendly, professional and very reasonably priced. They delayed their closing to help me out. Excellent Service. Highly recommended.

came in on a busy sunday and had a great experience. store was busy, lined up out the door but the staff were quick and efficient. even though they were busy they took time to thank me for my patience. i was riding through town and my bike had a flat, the girl helped me pick out a product and it worked great. very knowledgeable staff and a great experience all around thank you lordco for your help

Literally dialed the wrong number. Meant to call another guitar store. The owner Mark answered the phone and I apologized for the mix up. He said no problem and asked what I was looking for. Within an hour I had purchased an amp from him. I’m in Ontario and they are shipping free. No pst so I’m saving $$$. He put one of his techs on the phone to help walk me through the product and help me with a decision. These folks are knowledgeable and have a great service structure.

Leslie was GREAT to deal with, she confirmed the date and color beforehand, provided updates throughout the job, asked for feedback and left a gallon of paint for any touch-ups. I thought their work was professional and they were very detailed with the fixes for the marks and holes in the wall. I will definitely use them again for future jobs. Everything that has been promised was delivered on time. Everything was discussed upfront, with the whole process explanation (we were in the accident under insurance claim). never received better service in the face of a problem than I received at this Hitch Shop in N Calgary. Our family was heading out on a camping trip & stopped by near closing time with a problem on our hitch/trailer.
The guys (Peter and Terry?) went above & beyond to fix problem & did not hesitate doing all they could to get us back on road again.
Never seen 2 guys so sharp at diagnosing & fixing a technical problem. As efficient as a pit crew ! A big thank you to these guys who made our day
