Very professional service, and the man who came out took the time to answer My dads questions. We were happy to find out that City Works offer a seniors discount too. I have had the pleasure of dealing with this business for approx 5 years now. The owner/operator has been professional and personable. He has explained in detail what he is planning to do to fix the problem and what i can expect after. As well, he allows you to observe the actual work he does and explains his reasoning and actions if and when i have questions. I would highly recommend this shop and owner for all repairs on all makes he feels he can do to ensure my and your satisfaction.

Like previous visits, the visit today, Saturday, May 22, 2021 confirmed that the facility is neat and organized to follow all the necessary COVID-19 public health protocols - with lots of hand sanitizer stations in the facility, social distancing marks on the floor and reflecting in the arrangement of seats, etc. The staff are working very hard and professionally to keep wait times within 20-30 minutes - even for walk-in appointments. The staff are very courteous and commendable.

Dr. Soon and all the gals at his office are phenomenal. I have never experienced such superb care as I have at his clinic. After signing consent forms for various procedures, he will sit next to you and read each point, further elaborate, and then ensure understanding. As someone with dentist anxiety, the staff as well as Dr. Soon are very sensitive. They notice clenched hands and fists and will repeatedly check in. He doesn't push product nor shame you into flossing more. They are simply the best!

I have visited this business for several years, mostly for acne. My doctor is Dr. Linda Smith. She is without comparison the best doctor I have ever interacted with! She is incredibly personable and understanding, making appointments that are hard for me totally comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and has deftly steered my treatment plan through different phases to find the best acne solution for me. I recommend her to all my friends. I wish Dr. Smith could be my regular family doctor!
