I’d never been to a gym before being 14, but Cerry and the entire staff here made me feel very welcome being younger than everyone there. They have all the equipment you need there, showers, a nice private room in the back of the gym to stretch out and is also used as a cycling studio. When I first signed up Cerry, the owner made me up a couple workouts and training sessions which really helped me out, he always greeted me with a “hey bud” which made me feel welcome there.

Excellent customer service WOW factor every time you go there ! I love the fact I can get my car looked after so fast and perfect . The knowledge of oil changes and all your car or truck needs are over the top ! Thank you for the best in the west !!:)

Huge shoutout to East Side Mario’s Cranbrook for being so amazingly accommodating for our group of 13 today! They changed their seating plan to make things more accessible and allowing us to have some privacy! fresh salads, hot soups, endless supply of fresh warm bread and special diet needs were served quickly, impeccably and all with a smile!! Talk about Superior customer service on Oct 28/2019 ! My door closer was broken so Steve send his man down right away at 8 am within 20 minutes a brand new was put in and my door is like new . I'd like to say from the start that I've no affiliation with this company.
I'd not been to Cranbrook Photo for a couple of years, and I kick myself for that. I wandered in looking for a tripod mount and to ask a few questions. I couldn't have found a more helpful bunch of people. I was there about 30 minutes and could have happily stayed longer. They answered a number of other questions that I had, and couldn't do enough for me. They had the part I needed, and suggested some solutions to other problems I was having.
I've never been to a place with such good customer service as they make you feel as if you are the only important person in the store. You can probably tell I'll be going back again in the future.
