I took my Bissell carpet cleaner in for service as it was under warranty. I must say I was very impressed with the quality of service and the pleasantry of the staff.
Since my unit was faulty and there is no replacement in stock, I received a brand new replacement with steam, which was terrific.
This is the place to go if you need any type of repair to a vacuum, and/or for Bissell authorized service. Lots of selection and parts on hand.

One of our coworkers lost his keys to the building and it became a huge security breach. We called Royal Security at 8:45am and they came by 3pm to replace all of our 9 outside locks of the building. Considering the stress the loss of keys caused we were all able to leave work at 5:30pm knowing our premises were secure again. Thank You to the Royal staff that helped us out so fast. Royal is very knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Royal to other companies. Dave

Laura is the teacher at the Torbram location. She is an amazing, dedicated, friendly and knowledgeable lady. I have been a client at this location for over 3 years. The service is just great. I have referred by neighbour to this location. My teenage daughter just loves it here because of Laura and the really nice and warm students. The price charged for the service is just fantastic...
