Rich upscale restaurant connected to a rich upscale hotel, Luckee is on that level where people take your coat before they seat you. They accomidated a large party for lunch in a deceptively private room with quite a lot of baggage. Ordered the dim sum basket to start with the luckee duck bowl for main which were cooked perfectly, wrapped and presented amazingly. How does this place have such a middling rating? Is it simply THE place to watch a game. Any game.
As great as the setting is for watching sports, for me the food and beer selection are the heroes.
The "wing king" chef earns his title, and the range of beers wipes the floor with Bier Markt.
Yes, it's busy on game nights. Might have something to do with being situated next to the ACC, and a stones-throw away from the Dome.

I enjoy food and drinks at Arriba Lounge a number of times throughout the Blue Jays season. We are always pleased with the service and the food. The view of the field is spectacular and sometimes we just stay there to watch the game instead of going inside the dome. It's a wonderful place to catch a game and a great meal.
