Its a great shop, very customer focused and really works with the clients when making decisions on what to do next, they might be 5 percent higher in costs, but the work is done right the first time, so its worth the drive to Carlisle. I would recommend them without hesitation.

This garage is wonderful!!! They provide small town service, where they take time to know your name, and provide extra service and supports!!! Recently another car scratched the back of my bumper in a parking lot, and Jordan Gray buffed it out and did not charge me for it!! Their kindness, turned a bad morning, into a wonderful day!!! phoned CTC on Sunday, said they couldn't look at it till Wednesday. They had no record my appointment. After a hour and a half wait they said they couldn't fix it. Call muffler man they said bring it right in. Soon as I arrived they took it right in in a few minutes they gave me a very reasonable quote and could have it fixed in 45 minutes. Thanks
