I had some work done on my car, after the dealership was done my remote start didn't work . I contacted PUSH TO START, and spoke to a very pleasant receptionist, and she told me to come in, I arrived and spoke to a very pleasant young man, he changed the battery in my starter fob and showed me how to reset my starter at no cost. A wonderful experience, I commend these young people for great customer service I received.

I had my Water Softner and RO Water system installed by Ivan. His knowledge is excellent. Had everything installed in under an hour. He also ran water line to Fridge, which makes crystal clear Ice.
Better pricing and quality then other pricey competitor. Highly recommended.

I have had the chance to learn the hard way. I hired some of the bigger drywall companies that act like there an Empire of drywall or some B-wrong company that always treat the customer as a dollar amount. With Chris at Qual-Pro it was easy he had the answers and the price to make it happen. So learn from my mistakes go for the quality professionals . They took care of my house from insulation to ceiling texture and wish they could have done more. Thanks for the hard work boys.

My son was recently incarcerated at the Edmonton Remand center. He has some prescriptions due to neuropathy in his leg (as he lost his femur), his foot has a huge bunion on it and is twisting outward. He also suffers from ADHD. When he saw the Doctor at the remand center he was informed he had no prescriptions which was not the case. I called Lynn Rideout his lawyer to tell her he was in a state of withdrawl from his medications and within that same day he was permitted to receive his meds!

Amazing service, fast and reliable.
When my septic failed to pump out and filled right up after 2 weeks from emptying, i called Redlac. Terry was helpful, answered all my questions and came in the next day... Half hour later, my septic system was working again... Just before Christmas... He really did a "shitty" job... in a good way ?
Highly recommend him! First time customer, now i know whom to rely on next time.

I went to this store for the first time to open a pay as you go account. Mohamoud helped me every step of the way. He was so pleasant and very helpful. I returned back to the store because I needed to upgrade to a better plan and I was lucky enough to get his customer service once again!! Taked to Tyler this morning in west end location in Edmonton.he was very informative and helpful helping me as have to remove old glue from a concrete floor in our home as had a glue down carpet so need to take glue off to level the floor out to install hardwood flooring but the guy was most helpful so anyone needing rental equipment call him he will help you like myself makes the choice easy.I am hoping anyhow!But nice when your call & get a cheerful helpful reply these days it seems.
