I got the lucky hand of getting Esper as my sales person, he was understanding of what i wanted. Esper Didn’t try to up sell me on different new cars and didn’t pressure me into signing onto a car. First thing he did was give me his pen and let me know this was my decision to sign. Amina helped me with understanding all the paperwork and made sure that there was no questions left unanswered. Dennis was a great help, took the car in for new brakes and to check the engine I did not know what the problem was. He kept in contact with me did not do any extra work and it was a fair price. Will be taking the car for work to him again as well as recommend him to my friends and family.

Kal Tire Downtown Edmonton was amazing!! Ive never been there before and they fixed my tire for free and replaced all my tire air hose caps. Everyone was so nice, very professional and I will definitely be buying my tires from them.
