The best service garage I've had experience with. Exceptional customer service: one time actually drove me home when the service was going to take several hours, and picked me up afterwards, without charge. Very friendly. The mechanics come out from the garage to talk directly with you about your vehicle. They are also very fair and honest. There's been times when they discreetly declined to charge my for labour when diagnosing a problem, instead charging me just for the parts. Exceptional.

I purchased my scion frs from Nancy . I couldn't have asked for better assistance. She made sure that I got everything that I wanted and was a huge help in my decision to purchase my car. She listened to everything I had to say and went over and beyond for me to make sure that I was completely satisfied. She did not pressure me in any way, and was such a pleasure to work with.
