I called with car problems and they took my car right away. I thought it was an expensive problem but they told me not to worry because the fix was much cheaper so you can be assured honesty and great prices as an added bonus. Car was fixed much quicker than expexted. I have been and will always keep going back. Hard to find an honest and reliable mechanic these days!!! Bill

My family went to shoeless joes this past sunday because we herd it was under new management, and really wanted to try it. We went in and were greated promply. The server was very polite and had great meal suggestions. I informed my waitress about an allergy and they were very accomidating. We had 5 cheese dip for an appitizer, a peppercorn steak and smothered chicken for the meal. IT WAS AMAZING! We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the tvs in every booth kept my son occupied. We had a very enjoyable experience. The manager came to the table and enquired how the food and service was. He was very polite and easy to talk to. when the bill came the waitress informed us that it was kids eat free on sundays. That was the icing on the cake. We will be back!

I have been a customer of Shoppers at Howard and Tecumseh for many years. The reason for this---customer service--customer respect--knowledge of anything sold in their store--cleanliness --- I especially like how they speak to everyone-even the small children -- no matter how their day is going they are cheerful and responsive to all their customers. Thank you joe’s Shell for saving our Christmas! They unlocked my van which was at a 401 on route. I had to leave it thereover night filled with our families Christmas gifts and belongings. The next morning I started once again calling frantically looking for anyone to help. Joe’s shell went to my van took the keys and brought them to their station until I could get back to Tilbury from Windsor. Ol’ Betsy is back and all our belongings are under the tree!

I wish they had more self service options on-line though, would have saved them some annoying phone calls if I could find the info online via a website or Yellow Pages.

We bought a cart that had to be assembled demo the east Windsor Canadian Tire store and we discovered that two of the parts were defective. We were delighted to learn that all we had to do was to bring the parts back to the store and they would replace them from another box. The service was extremely helpful and friendly. We couldn't be happier with the service we received at this store.
