The transition has been quite seamless from Protelec to api. I recently had a service call by api to replace two obsolete smoke detectors and at the same time the battery was changed in my control panel with a full system check. As good as ProTelec was for more than 30 years, these elements should have been changed out long ago. This work was initiated by api. The service tech was on time, very courteous and competent. Overall I was quite pleased with my first real interaction with api Alarms.

I recently had my dog in for a spring clean up after I read the previous review. I was able to go through the entire visit along with my dog. The whole winter coat was cleared away when Bev noticed an abcess at the base of his tail. She was careful around it and I did take bj to the vet. I don't know if it was extra vigilence that noticed the small abcess or regular careful-ness but I am grateful. bj looks great and it was nice to be able to see exactly what was being done to him. I would definitely recommend.

After trying all tailors and seamstresses in Winnipeg near me I have to say Yana is by far the most meticulous and professional one I have come across so far. From all of my suits and dress shirts to zippers and buttons she gets it done quickly with superb quality. Highly recommended
